While we endeavour to make every effort to ensure that accurate shipping estimates are provided on the website, we make no warranty that all items will definitely arrive within said time. Unfortunately, items may be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control. You may cancel a delayed item, without incurring any re-stocking fees, at your discretion, or wait for it to arrive. When we are informed of any delays that will mean your items will arrive after the shipping estimate period has elapsed, then we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?
Delivery costs PKR: 200.00 per order and you can expect delivery within 1-5 working days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track the status of your order through the “My Account” section, or simply click “Track Your Order” at the top of the page. Our courier, Leopards, will also keep in touch via SMS as to when you can expect your order delivered.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
We offer delivery at any specified address within Pakistan. You can change your specified address for each delivery or set it to remain on your billing address.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF Pakistan?
No, we can only deliver goods within the borders of Pakistan.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN DELIVERY IS MADE?
We will try to arrange for an alternative delivery option with you, but we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee if we cannot do this and need to deliver at another date and time.
