REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Onetoystore.com is happy to accept back any unwanted items for a refund, within 3 days of purchase/Invoice date, providing the following terms are met:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In Case of Replacement the return process will be handled by Onetoystore.com and the parcel will be picked up from your home address and the return charges will be borne by Onetoystore.com.
In Case of Refund you will have to courier back the parcel to us and the charges will be borne by the customer.
If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help and replace the product.
