How to send a toy gift to a child in Pakistan from abroad

You're in Manchester, Dubai, Toronto or Riyadh, and it's your nephew's birthday in Lahore next week. Or Eid is coming and you want the kids at home to open something from you. Sending a parcel from abroad takes weeks and costs more than the toy. There's an easier way.

We are One Shop - The Toy Store, a real toy shop at Shop G017, Ground Floor, Packages Mall, Lahore, open every day from 10 am to 10 pm. You choose the toy, pay from wherever you are, and we deliver it to the child's door anywhere in Pakistan.

Please note: we deliver only inside Pakistan. The delivery address must be in Pakistan.

How it works, step by step

1. Choose a toy (or ask us to help)

Browse the website, or use our Gift Finder to pick by age and budget. Not sure what a 7-year-old is into these days? Message us on WhatsApp with the child's age, a rough budget and what they like (cars, dolls, building, games). We'll send you a few ideas with photos and prices.

2. Message us on WhatsApp: +92 346 0113593

Tell us the toy (or send the link), the child's name, the delivery address in Pakistan and a phone number there. Or place the order on the website yourself: enter the delivery address in Pakistan and choose "Bank transfer / Pay in advance (for gifts sent from abroad)" at checkout, then message us your order number.

3. We send you our payment details

You can pay by bank transfer to our bank account, or a friend or relative in Pakistan can pay for you by Easypaisa or JazzCash. Any of these is fine; the order just needs to be paid in advance.

4. We confirm on WhatsApp and send you pictures

We confirm every order on WhatsApp and send you pictures of the toy. If it has just sold out in the shop, we send pictures of similar toys so you can choose another. As soon as your payment reaches us, we send the gift.

5. It arrives

The family in Pakistan receives the parcel. The toy and the Rs 200 courier delivery are already paid for, so there's nothing to pay at the door.

Delivery options

Why families abroad order from us

• A real shop you can check. We've been at Packages Mall for years. Your family can visit, pick up the order themselves, or see the toy before you pay.
• Pictures before we send. We confirm every order on WhatsApp with pictures of the toy.
• Help choosing. You talk to a real person on WhatsApp, not a bot. One customer abroad wrote in her Google review that we were "extremely helpful" picking gifts for her nephew's birthday.
• Prices in rupees. What you see on the website is what the toy costs in Pakistan.
• Delivery across Pakistan, same day in Lahore.
